We recommend pre-ordering welcome drinks so they’re ready as guests arrive.

Prefer a flexible approach? Set up a tab for the evening and let guests order what they like.

• You can choose to cap your tab at a set amount or leave it open for the full night.

• Tabs can be split between organisers or converted to pay-as-you-go once the limit is reached.

• We’ll keep you updated throughout the event so there are no surprises at the end.

• A £150 deposit is required to secure all event bookings.

• This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

• Minimum spends may apply for private or exclusive hires (see The Spaces for details).

• The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event.

• Additional drinks, add-ons or last-minute extras can be paid on the day.

• A 10% discretionary service charge is added to all event bills.

• Required for all group bookings of 12 or more guests.

• Pre-orders must be submitted at least 4 days before your event.

• Our team will provide a simple pre-order form once your booking is confirmed.

• Dietary requirements will be catered for separately and served just before or after the main dishes for clarity and safety.

• You’re welcome to bring table decorations, banners and balloons (please avoid confetti, glitter or blue tack).

• If you’d like us to decorate before arrival, we can arrange this for a small setup fee.

• Candles and floral arrangements are available on request.

• Background music is provided throughout all event spaces.
• You’re welcome to share your own Spotify or Apple playlist in advance for a personal touch.
• Live music options and acoustic acts, can be arranged on request.

• Standard event slots are 5 hours, available from:

  • 12pm – 5pm (Daytime Slot)

  • 6pm – 11pm (Evening Slot)

• Last orders are at 11pm and the venue closes at midnight. – please note, we close at 10pm on a sunday 🙂 

• For exclusive hires or extended events, timings may be adjusted by prior agreement.

Campo is a family-friendly restaurant and we welcome children to daytime and early evening events.
However, due to alcohol being served in the venue, we kindly request that primary school-age children leave by 9pm.
High chairs, baby-changing facilities and a children’s menu are available upon request.

• Campo (main restaurant) is fully accessible with step-free entry and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

• Campito (private bar) is located downstairs and is not step-free, with stair access only.

• If you have guests with mobility needs, please let us know when booking so we can allocate a suitable space.
